Organised around an open central court, Courtyard House turns architecture itself into the primary view. Rather than orienting outward, the project draws attention inward, framing daily life around a protected core that mediates light, movement, and climate.
Clear volumes and intuitive circulation organise rooms and terraces around the central court, enabling a continuous exchange between interior and exterior spaces. Aligned openings and shaded thresholds choreograph layered sightlines, while filtered daylight animates the architecture and defines its atmosphere.
Courtyard House is measured and domestic in scale, rooted in regional precedent and shaped by climate, inhabitation, and ritual.
